At its core TSC is a consultancy firm providing services to the built infrastructure and the environment. We offer Civil & Structural Engineering; Project Management; Environmental; and Marine, and Coastal Consulting Services to the Eastern Caribbean, and International markets. Our services are led by our internationally trained team of experts and are executed and delivered under our "Structural Leader" and/or our "Environmental Leader".

Our current and most recent project portfolio includes providing consulting services on the: New three (3) Story Blocks B and A at the Dr.JP Eustance Memorial Secondary School, St. Vincent; Seismic Structural Retrofitting of Blocks L & M at the Montserrat Secondary School, Salem, Montserrat; Vertical and lateral extension of the Science Block at the Bequia Secondary School, SVG; the New United Church Kingdom of God Sanctuary and HQ, Bridgetown, Barbados; Slipway Port Design Review, Grenadines; Coastal Protection measures for Private Residence, SVG; Renovations and Extensions to Private Residences, SVG & Barbados; the New TVET Block for the Campden Park Multi-Purpose Center, St. Vincent; and New six (6) storey Apartment Complex, Hastings, Barbados

Teknik Struktur Consultants (TSC) is a leading regional company providing engineering and environmental consultancy services to Barbados and throughout the Caribbean. We have successfully delivered on several projects throughout the region and are led by a team of highly talented, skilled and driven consulting professionals.
TSC at its core is a structural engineering, civil engineering, environmental services and project management consultancy firm. We also collaborate with other likeminded firms and provide as a Consortium Architectural and Quantity Surveying/Cost Consultancy services.
TSC’s genesis resulted from natural progression of the successful professional relationships of its key experts and senior leadership. The key leadership team consists of Mr. Derick A. Baird, ‘Structural Leader’, a professional Engineer who has practiced throughout the Caribbean and United Kingdom for more than 20 years; and Ms. Porchae Baird, ‘Environmental Leader’, a professional Environmental Scientist and Planner who has practiced throughout the Caribbean and Canada for in excess of 16 years. One of the senior associates of the firm has over 40+ years industry experience which included working as ‘Chief Engineering Technician’ for a leading regional Consulting Engineering Firm. Also as part of our team of experts at "Senior Associate" level is a leading international Coastal Engineer, and a leading international Environmental Consultant.
Collectively the key leadership alone has in excess of 80+ joint local, regional and international years of experience, and have successfully delivered as a team on many previous and ongoing projects. “Peer reviews” of engineering designs are performed within our team as part of quality control and quality assurance of all project deliverables. All Engineering efforts and deliverables are also suitably secured by appropriate Professional Indemnity (PI) Insurance coverage.
